Javier is always thorough when I see him considering I am on several medications. He is very helpful in helping me tweak modifications for foods since I am a picky eater and also find it hard to eat at times due to busy work schedule, so he helps me to find ways to pre plan or find quick protein foods. We also discuss my weightlifting routine and workouts and things I can possibly add to my routine as well as ways to bring up my mood and help with my stress levels such as getting outside more during the summer. Discuss my sleep issues, etc. He covers my health all around and I feel he is a great PA. So glad that he is the person I started seeing over a year ago, and feel he is part of the reason for my continued success. He is so helpful, positive and encouraging while providing guidance and help without judgement.
