My experience was good. I was kind of hoping more testing would be involved to detect something that was off in my body (ex. Thyroid) since I feel as if my eating and exercising are average or better and I have not seen any results. I do however understand the approach that is being taken on a healthy relationship with food and feel as if I have already made a few improvements.

I felt like I could open up and talk to her that made me feel at ease I was nervous as could be I didn't know what to expect and it's hard to talk about your weight problems and your eating habits but I felt comfortable with her I really liked her I can't wait to get everything started
