This was my first appointment with Michelle and I was very impressed with the fact she listened to my concerns and my horrible experiences with a different hospital system and how they treated me. I appreciate knowing she understood my concerns and didn't make me feel stupid or overly anxious about things. She even had my lab work results noted early this morning which was very nice. I didn't have to sit for days and worry.
