Process Change Update

Attention patients of Iowa Weight Loss Specialists: 

We want to update you on a recent change in process for our clinic sites. Effective January 1^st, we are asking that all patients please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. The goal of this change is to ensure you and all of our patients have the full appointment time with the provider. If you have not arrived to check in at our clinic within 15 minutes of this arrival time, you will kindly be asked to reschedule your appointment. We understand that there are circumstances that may arise. We do ask that you call our clinic ahead of time if you expect to be late. We may still have to ask you to reschedule if you plan to arrive 15 minutes or more past your arrival time.

Example: Appointment time is 1:40 PM, arrival time is 1:30 PM. This will ensure you are hopefully checked in, roomed, and ready by your 1:40 PM appointment time.
