- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 2 tablespoons hummus (flavor of choice)
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 4 slices cooked turkey bacon
- ½ avocado pitted and sliced
- 4 slices tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toast each slice of bread and top each slice with two tablespoons of the Sabra Spreads.
- Layer each toast with lettuce, bacon, avocado slices and tomato slices.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
