INGREDIENTS:
- 3 lbs. 96% lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- ½ cup almond meal or any type of flour you have on hand
- 1 ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
TOPPING:
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl or mixer combine all meatloaf ingredients.
- Place meatloaf mixture into a greased pan. (I used 2 bread pans)
- Bake for 1 hour or until inside is no longer pink.
- Remove from oven and top with the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
