Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Truvia
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp miniature chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and Truvia.
  2. Stir in the pumpkin purée.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Divide the mixture into 30 equal parts, and roll each into a ball.
