Peanut Butter Apple Nachos

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup all-natural peanut butter, warmed
  • 2 tbsp. granola
  • 1 tbsp. dried cranberries

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. On a serving plate, drizzle apples with warm peanut butter and top with granola and cranberries. Serve.
