Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. asparagus, cleaned, dried, and thick ends trimmed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 TBSP grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Place asparagus flat on a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and garlic, then toss until coated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.
