Open-Faced Avocado BLT Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons hummus (flavor of choice)
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 4 slices cooked turkey bacon
  • ½ avocado pitted and sliced
  • 4 slices tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Toast each slice of bread and top each slice with two tablespoons of the Sabra Spreads.
  2. Layer each toast with lettuce, bacon, avocado slices and tomato slices.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
