Crockpot BBQ Chicken

  • 4 pounds chicken breast
  • 3 cups BBQ sauce of choice
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder


  1. In a Crock-Pot, whisk together the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and onion powder
  2. Add the chicken breasts, and toss/flip until all the chicken breasts are liberally coated in BBQ sauce
  3. Turn the Crock-Pot on low and cook for 4 hours
  4. When the 4 hours are up, remove the chicken breasts from the Crock-Pot and shred using 2 forks
  5. Add the meat back into the BBQ sauce in the Crock-Pot and stir until the chicken is all evenly coated
