Shamrock Protein Shake Recipe

In honor of St. Patrick's Day tomorrow, head to the grocery store and pick up the following ingredients for a fun and healthy Shamrock protein shake!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/8 tsp. mint extract
- 2-3 packets or tablespoons of Stevia
- 5-10 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Handful of spinach
DIRECTIONS
Add all of the above ingredients in the blender and blend away until desired consistency. Swirl in one drop of green food coloring just before serving and enjoy!
