Healthy Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 6 hardboiled eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- paprika, for garnish
Directions:
- Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool eggs under cold water or in an ice bath, then peel and slice lengthwise.
- Separate yolks into a bowl and place whites on a plate.
- Add yogurt, mustard, pepper, and salt to the yolks and mash until smooth (use a blender if desired).
- Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg whites, sprinkle with paprika, and serve.
