Ingredients:
.8 oz ricotta cheese
.1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
.1 large egg, beaten
.1 tsp Italian seasoning
.salt and pepper to taste
.1/2 cup marinara sauce
.1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan, egg and seasoning together and place in an oven proof dish. Pour marinara on top and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese. bake in the oven at 450 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or place in the microwave until hot and bubbly.
